宏辉集团（00183）于2026年4月8日公布的月报显示，截至2026年3月31日，公司已发行普通股股数为566,912,566股，与前一个月末持平，未见新增发行、购回或注销活动。注册股本继续保持在10亿股（面值每股0.1港元），注册股本总额为1亿港元，亦无任何变动。
本月内，公司无新增股份发行或回购举措，库藏股数量为零。现行购股权计划下的已授出但尚未行使的购股权数量分别为10,388,000份（2011年11月1日采纳）与2,120,000份（2021年11月26日采纳），本月无行使或失效情况。根据第二项计划所授出的购股权，理论上可发行或转让的股份总数为53,961,256股。
公司在公告中声明，所有证券发行及股份事宜均遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律规定。公告由执行董事李永贤签署。
