Vision Synergy Holdings Limited (formerly known as Japan Kyosei Group Company Limited) (Stock Code: 00627) announced that, effective 26 November 2025, its company website has changed from “http://www.jkgc.com.hk” to “http://www.vshl.com.hk.” All future announcements, notices, and related documents that appear on the official Hong Kong Stock Exchange website will also be accessible on this newly adopted website.

As of 26 November 2025, the board of directors comprises one executive director, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors. The executive director and chief executive officer is Dr. Hiroshi Kaneko, with the non-executive director being Mr. Chung Ho Wai Alan. The three independent non-executive directors are Mr. Huang Zhongquan, Ms. Tang Ying Sum, and Ms. Ha Sze Wan.
