上海复旦(01385)公布，2025年度末期股息已获股东周年大会批准，公司将向全体股东每10股派发现金股息人民币0.58元（含税），即每股股息人民币0.058元。
针对H股股东，股息将以港元支付，折算汇率为1人民币兑1.1451港元，因此每10股H股实派0.66416港元（含税）。股权登记日为2026年7月3日，H股股份过户登记处于6月29日至7月3日暂停办理过户手续，股东须于6月26日下午4:30前提交过户文件。H股股息将于7月22日派付。
税务安排方面，对于未通过沪深港通持股的H股个人股东，公司一般按10%税率代扣个人所得税；对于非居民企业股东代扣10%企业所得税。通过沪港通或深港通持有H股的内地个人投资者，则按20%税率代扣个人所得税，内地企业投资者由其自行申报缴纳。A股分红安排将另行公告。
