Metro Holdings forms joint venture with Wing Tai unit for Dunearn Road project

Metro Holdings announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Metrobilt Construction has teamed up with Wing Tai Holdings’ subsidiary Winrich Investment to create a new joint venture company, Winturf Investment, to develop a residential project with first-storey commercial space on Dunearn Road in Singapore.

Winturf Investment, incorporated in Singapore on May, 8 2026, has an initial issued share capital of 10 Singapore dollars, of which Winrich Investment holds 70% and Metrobilt Construction owns the remaining 30%.

Metro Holdings said the establishment of the joint venture is not expected to have any material impact on the group’s consolidated net tangible assets or earnings per share for the fiscal year ending Mar, 31 2027.
