顾问公司Toews Corp．首席执行官Toews在美联储利率决议公布后表示，市场之前预期，美联储会竭尽全力支持市场，而美联储也没在这个方面让市场失望。
Toews表示，如果市场在接下来几个月内陷入动荡，那么美联储支持市场的能力将面临考验。尤其是如果在美联储购买债券的情况下，市场还在下跌的话，“将会是巨大的卖出临界点。”
美联储FOMC委员会周三公布最新利率决议，将基准利率维持在0%-0.25%区间不变，符合市场预期。
FOMC声明表示，委员们一致同意此次的利率决定。新冠病毒构成相当大的风险，美联储将维持利率在当前水平，直到美联储确信经济已经度过了最近的危机，并走上实现最大就业和价格稳定目标的轨道，将使用所有工具支撑经济。
