创毅控股(03992)发布公告，比较截至2019年9月30日止6个月的纯利约1710万港元，预期集团截至2020年9月30日止6个月的未经审核综合纯利将取得不少于100%的大幅增加。
董事会认为，该等预期的溢利增长主要受以下综合因素所影响：领取了中国香港特别行政区政府“保就业”计划第一期发放的限时性的工资补贴。公司向政府申请有关工资补贴，以挽留员工并维持稳定的劳动力;接获香港卫生署授予的若干项检疫设施清洁服务合约，以提供额外抗疫的清洁服务。
公司已接纳该等安排，借以通过参与公共卫生事件的抗疫工作，服务社区，以履行企业社会责任;成功接获由香港房屋委员会批出的三份新订的物业管理合约及一份新订的借调合同，实现业务内部的自然增长。
