川河集团(00281)公布，预期该集团2020年的股东应占除税后综合溢利将较2019年同期 的1.12亿港元取得大幅下跌约86%。
公告称，尽管该集团的物业发展及投资业务的业绩以及该集团应占一家在上海市从事物业发展及投资业务的联营公司的溢利两者均有所增长，该集团预期回顾年度的业绩下跌，此乃主要归因于该集团的证券买卖及投资业务业绩大幅下调。由于全球金融市场波动，根据该集团所采纳的会计准则，该集团持有的待售证券投资取得公平值变动所产生的未变现亏损，并须记入该集团2020年度的财务报表内。该集团在香港的长期股本投资的股息收入亦有所减少。
