智通财经APP讯，益华控股(02213)公布，截至本公告日期，清盘人从若干该公司国内附属公司管理层得知，集团位于中国广东省中山市、清远市及阳春市的若干百货店已于2020年第四季度停止运营。
公告称，集团一直在审閲其每一间百货店的运营状态并寻找业务/企业重组的机会，以改善其业务及财务表现，以及提高运营资金及其他资源的使用效率。
于2021年2月8日，该公司接获联交所的函件，载列以下新增的复牌指引：重新遵守上市规则第3.10条、第3.10A条、第3.21条及第3.25条的规定。
为制定可行的复牌方案，清盘人已与包括潜在投资者的多方进行讨论，以探究重组该集团的机会，以及考虑各种可行的选项。截至本公告之日期，清盘人已从若干潜在投资者收到与该集团拟议重组有关的不具约束力的条款书。清盘人正与各方进行持续谈判，并目标于2021年3月底前与一位选定的投资者达成最终协议。公司股份继续停牌。
