【财华社讯】益华控股(02213-HK)公布，截至本公告日期，清盘人从若干公司国雀绞艄司管理层得知，集团位于中国广东省中山市、清远市及阳春市的若干百货店已于2020年第四季度停止运营。
集团一直在审其每一间百货店的运营状态并寻找业务/企业重组的机会，以改善其业务及财务表现，以及提高运营资金及其他资源之使用效率。
于2021年2月8日，公司接获联交所之函件，载列以下新增的复牌指引：重新遵守上市规则第3.10条、第3.10A条、第3.21条及第3.25条之规定。
联交所表示，如有情况改变，其可能修改复牌指引及/或提供进一步指引。
为制定可行的复牌方案，清盘人已与包括潜在投资者的多方进行讨论，以探究重组集团之机会，以及考虑各种可行的选项。截至本公告之日期，清盘人已从若干潜在投资者收到与集团拟议重组有关的不具约束力之条款书。清盘人正与各方进行持续谈判，并目标于2021年3月底前与一位选定的投资者达成最终协议。
公司之股份自2020年8月18日下午三时三十三分起于联交所暂停买卖。有关买卖仍然暂停进行，并将继续暂停，直至另行通知为止。
