智通财经APP讯，中国之信集团(08265)公布2019年业绩，收入约1.18亿港元，同比减少45.3;公司拥有人应占亏损为约1.04亿港元，上一年度溢利296万港元;每股亏损为3.81港仙，不派息。
值得注意的是，独立核楼师就该财务报告不发表意见。
经与核数师讨论，已取消综合入账的附属公司的取消综合入账工作正在进行，预期将于2020年12月31日或之前完成。由于已取消综合入账的附属公司的财务资料亦将影响截至2021年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表中的比较数据，惟将不会影响该集团截至2022年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表，故预期将于截至 2022年12月31日止年度的该集团综合财务报表中撤销不发表意见。
