格隆汇 3 月 2日丨招商积余(001914.SZ)公布，2020年12月14日，公司披露了《关于收到股权收购建议的提示性公告》。公司实际控制人招商局集团有限公司(“招商局集团”)下属全资公司中外运航运(控股)有限公司(“SSH”)与香港联合交易所上市公司创毅控股有限公司(3992.HK)(“创毅控股”)的控股股东Genesis GroupLimited，就收购其持有的创毅控股约2.68亿股股份(占创毅控股总股本的53.51%)意向签署了《谅解备忘录》，并明确SSH可推荐招商局集团下属控股公司作为收购主体与Genesis Group Limited进行交易。公司接到SSH通知，建议公司考虑创毅控股53.51%股份的收购机会。
公司接到此次商业机会建议后，立即组织开展了研究论证。公司经反复商讨并综合考量后认为，公司实施该项股权收购的条件不成熟，基于审慎原则，公司决定放弃此次项目收购机会。
