Kodak (NYSE: KODK) 10.3% LOWER; posts FY2020 consolidated revenues of $1 billion. Cash balance of $196 million at year-end. Files $500 million mixed securities shelf. Files to offer 44,490,032 shares for selling shareholders.

Celcuity Inc. (Nasdaq: CELC) 9.2% HIGHER; announced a clinical trial collaboration with the MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the worlds most respected cancer centers, Novartis AG, a global biopharmaceutical company, and Puma Biotechnology, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, to conduct a Phase II clinical trial.

Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG) 8.8% LOWER; announced today that it will restate its previously issued financial statements for fiscal years 2018 and 2019 and its quarterly filings for 2019 and 2020, which will be disclosed in the Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020 (the Prior Period Financial Statements).

South Jersey Industries, Inc. (NYSE: SJI) 7.7% LOWER; announced that it plans to conduct concurrent registered public offerings, subject to market conditions and other factors, of up to $225 million of shares of its common stock (the Common Stock), a portion of which may be subject to the forward sale agreement described below, and 6,000,000 Equity Units (the Equity Units) (aggregate stated amount of $300 million of Equity Units).

Renewable Energy Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: REGI) 6.8% LOWER; today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock.

CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWD) 6.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.13, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $264.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $250.04 million. CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. sees Q1 2022 EPS of $0.05-$0.06, versus the consensus of $0.04. CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. sees Q1 2022 revenue of $287.8-292.1 million, versus the consensus of $267.85 million. CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. sees FY2022 EPS of $0.27-$0.30, versus the consensus of $0.28. CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. sees FY2022 revenue of $1.3104-1.3207 billion, versus the consensus of $1.22 billion.

Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ: PRIM) 4.5% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock (the “Offering”). The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at the public offering price. All of the shares being offered are to be sold by the Company. The Offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the Offering may be completed.

Virgin Galactic (NYSE: SPCE) 2.4% HIGHER; Truist Securities initiates coverage on with a Buy rating and a price target of $50, saying the company can capture at least 50% of the global space tourism TAM by 2030.

Coupa Software (NASDAQ: COUP) 1.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.17, $0.28 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $163.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $145.66 million. Coupa Software sees Q1 2022 EPS of ($0.18)-($0.21), versus the consensus of ($0.01). Coupa Software sees Q1 2022 revenue of $151.5-152.5 million, versus the consensus of $148.8 million. Coupa Software sees FY2022 EPS of ($0.23)-($0.27), versus the consensus of $0.36. Coupa Software sees FY2022 revenue of $675-678 million, versus the consensus of $664 million.
