智通财经APP讯，诺诚健华-B(09969)公布2020年业绩，收益约人民币136.4万元(单位下同)，同比增长9.4%;其他收入及收益增加159.9%至2.71亿元;研发成本约4.03亿元，同比增长89%;年内亏损约4.64亿元，同比减少约78.41%;每股亏损0.48元，不派息。
公告称，收益主要由于南京诺诚健华向第三方提供的服务订单增加所致。作为公司的主要候选产品，奥布替尼经已推出市场，而公司预期收益来源会变得更多元化。
其他收入及收益增长主要归因于由于首次公开发售所得的离岸人民币兑换为美元而产生汇兑收益1.08亿元;银行利息收入由2019年的人民币7200万元增加2480万元至2020年的9680万元;及中国地方政府部门为支持附属公司的研发活动而提供的政府补助增加人民币3610万元，由2830万元增加至6440万元。
研发成本增加主要归因于：研发僱员成本由人民币5020万元增加至8370万元;第三方合约成本由人民币3830万元增加至5530万元;直接临床试验开支由人民币3750万元增加至5070万元;及以股份支付薪酬由人民币5720万元增加至1.716亿元。
