格隆汇3月26日丨诺诚健华-B(09969.HK)发布公告，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收益由上年度的人民币120万元增加至人民币140万元，主要由于南京诺诚健华向第三方提供的服务订单增加所致。年内亏损由上年度的人民币21.5亿元减少至该年度的人民币4.64亿元。
亏损减少主要由于该年度可转换可赎回优先股（已于首次公开发售后转换为普通股）的公允价值变动录得亏损人民币1.42亿元（上年度亏损为人民币18.14亿元），以及该年度主要因公司估值上升而导致可转换贷款的公允价值变动的亏损减少至人民币3240万元（上年度亏损为人民币1.6亿元）。
研发成本由上年度的人民币2.13亿元增加至该年度的人民币4.03亿元，该增加主要是由于公司扩展临床试验及股份支付增加所致。研发成本增加主要归因于：(i)研发雇员成本由人民币5020万元增加人民币3350万元至人民币8370万元；(ii)第三方合约成本由人民币3830万元增加人民币1700万元至人民币5530万元；(iii)直接临床试验开支由人民币3750万元增加人民币1320万元至人民币5070万元；及(iv)以股份支付薪酬由人民币5720万元增加人民币1.14亿元至人民币1.72亿元。
