智通财经APP讯，康方生物-B(09926)发布截至2020年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得其他收入及收益净额人民币1.24亿元(单位下同)，同比增加146.13%;研发开支7.69亿元，同比增加149.23%。
公告称，其他收入及收益增加主要是由于本公司于联交所首次公开发售所得款项赚取的利息及当地政府对研发活动的补助增加。
此外，研发开支主要是由于临床试验发展及研发人员的数目及雇员薪金及相关福利成本(包括权益结算的股份奖励开支)增加导致的员工成本增加所致。
据悉，除了临床阶段和IND研究阶段的候选药物外，公司还在开发10种以上发现阶段的候选药物。这些在研药均已获得公司科学委员会的批准，该委员会旨在评审所有进入发现和开发阶段以前的项目。
公司的药物发现平台使公司能够在潜在的核心领域例如肿瘤学和免疫学/炎症维持并扩展众多发现阶段候选药物。这些药物大多是新颖的靶点，几乎没有或没有可用作概念验证的临床数据。
截至本公告日期，公司分别有6、23及8项临床计划进入 Ia、Ib/II及关键/III期研究。正在进行中的注册性或关键试验总数增至9项。另外，公司于报告期后获得5项IND批准。
