4月6日，资本邦了解到，美股上市公司500彩票网(WBAI.US)宣布进入与7nm矿机生产商Bee Computing(HK)Limited的股东签署的股票交易协议。
根据协议，500彩票网预计用每股价值2.182美元的45,825,530股普通股，换取Bee Computing已发行的总股本，总对价为1亿美元。截至2021年3月31日，此次发行的股票占500彩票网总流动股本的8.18%。
500彩票网应在满足惯例条件的情况下，开始首次交易，发行价值3500万美元的16,038,930股普通股。预计首次交易将于2021年第二季度完成。
截止4月5日收盘，公司股价为20.14美元，跌幅达11.47%。
