4月12日，500彩票网宣布，公司已于2021年4月8日召开了特别股东大会，决定将其英文名称正式更改为“BIT Mining Limited”，即日生效。据悉，该公司已于3月8日将其中文名称变更为“比特矿业”。
另外，公司还通过了以下决议：增加50,000美元公司普通股本的一般决议，该50,000美元股本划分为每股面值为0.00005美元的900,000,000股A类普通股和100,000,000股B类普通股。增发后，公司普通股本共100,000美元，划分为每股面值为0.00005美元的1,599,935,000股A类普通股、65,000股A类优先股(根据2021年4月5日董事会决议发行)和400,000,000股同等每股面值的B类普通股。
