智通财经APP讯，白马户外媒体(00100)发布公告，要约人一直在其财务顾问协调下积极发掘各项建议，务求尽快恢复上市规则第8.08(1)(a)条所规定本公司的最低公众持股量。
于本公告日期，要约人尚未与任何潜在投资者达成任何投资条款。由于恢复本公司的公众持股量涉及出售及/或发行大量股份，加上考虑到就爆发公共卫生事件所施加的限制措施及公共卫生事件对户外广告业持续造成的影响，要约人向本公司表示需要更多时间落实由要约人配售现有股份或由本公司发行新股份。
于本公告日期，公众人士持有517.05万股股份，相当于已发行股份约0.95%。因此，仍未符合上市规则第8.08(1)(a)条所载的25%最低公众持股量规定。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
