智通财经APP讯，仁天科技控股(00885)公布，于2021年4月16日，公司收到联交所发出附加复牌指引，当中载有联交所载列以下公司的附加复牌指引：刊发所有尚未公布的财务业绩并处理任何审核修改。
联交所更表示，倘若公司的情况有变，其可能修改或补充已发出的复牌指引及或发出进一步补充指引。
由于该公司的主要会计职员于2021年3月中辞任, 公司处理关于编制公司账册及账目的人手不足, 因此, 编制2020年12月31日的合并账目有待完成。该公司未能在公司相关财政年度结束后3个月内刊发2020年年度业绩及2020年年报。 公司股份继续停牌。
