智通财经APP讯，香港建设(控股)(00190)发布公告，公司已要求其百慕达法律顾问就法定人数要求向法院寻求指示。根据日期为2021年5月3日的指令(2021年5月3日指令)，法院指示如下：法院会议的法定人数要求(如日期为2021年3月25日的法院指令所规定)获豁免;及公司有权向股东汇报《公司法》第99(2)条所规定的投票门槛已于法院会议达成。
因此，按照于结果公告所述的投票结果及根据2021年5月3日指令，由于：于法院会议提呈以批准协议安排的决议案已由以下方式通过(以投票方式表决)：获得亲身或委派代表出席法院会议并于会上投票，且持股不少于协议安排股东所持协议安排股份价值四分之三的大多数协议安排股东通过;及获得亲身或委派代表出席法院会议并于会上投票的无利害关系协议安排股东持有协议安排股份所附票数之至少四分之三票数通过;及无利害关系协议安排股东投票反对批准协议安排的决议案的票数，不多于全体无利害关系协议安排股东持有的全部协议安排股份所附票数的10%，《公司法》第99条及《收购守则》规则2.10均已获遵守。
公司已向联交所申请于2021年5月4日下午一时正起恢复股份于联交所的买卖。
