智通财经APP讯，白马户外媒体(00100)发布有关公司公众持股量的最新进展公告，诚如公告所述，紧随该等要约截止后，公众持有517.05万股股份，占已发行股份约0.95%，未能满足上市规则第8.08(1)(a)条所载的25%最低公众持股量规定。股份自2020年7月14日(即紧随该等要约截止后的交易日)起暂停买卖。
据悉，于2020年8月13日，联交所向公司及要约人授出自2020年7月13日至2020年11月12日期间暂时豁免严格遵守上市规则第8.08(1)(a)条的豁免。豁免于2020年11月12日届满。于2020年11月26日，联交所批准公司及要约人延长豁免，自2020年11月13日至2021年5月12日。
公告称，经延长豁免于2021年5月12日届满。于公告日期，公司的公众持股量仍低于最低公众持股量规定。鉴于上述情况，要约人已向联交所申请延长经延长豁免期。
