董事会认为，该等预期的溢利增长主要受以下综合因素所影响：领取了中国香港特别行政区政府“保就业”计划第一期及第二期发放的限时性的工资补贴。该公司向政府申请有关工资补贴，以挽留员工并维持稳定的劳动力;同时，接获中国香港卫生署授予的若干项检疫设施清洁服务合约，以提供额外抗疫的清洁服务。该公司已接纳该等安排，借以通过参与抗疫工作，服务社区，以履行企业社会责任;及成功接获由中国香港房屋委员会批出的一份新订的物业管理合约、两份新订的借调合同以及五份新独立护卫服务的合约，实现业务内部的自然增长。
