智通财经APP讯，久康国际(00850)发布公告，诚如公司日期为2021年3月3日的公告所载，本公司对联交所上市复核委员会的决定已向香港高等法院申请司法复核。董事会谨此公布本公司已于2021年5月10日以终止诉讼通知的方式向香港高等法院撤销司法复核申请。
兹提述本公司日期为2021年4月20日及2021年4月22日的公告，内容分别有关呈请及传讯令状。鉴于本公司就呈请项下的未结付金额及传讯令状项下的债券的潜在负债;本公司当前的财务状况，包括我们的现金流状况及业务运营情况;及继续进行司法复核申请以及同时就呈请及传讯令状作出抗辩的法律费用，故董事会认为，撤销司法复核申请以避免对本公司造成进一步财政负担乃符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
诚如本公司日期为2021年4月12日的补充公告所载，尽管本公司已竭尽全力维持其正常的业务运营，并能够于过去数月在商品贸易业务中产生收入，董事会认为，本公司现时可用的财务资源不足以同时支付继续进行司法复核申请以及就呈请及传讯令状作出抗辩产生的潜在费用。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
