　　6月24日，江苏证监局披露关于对无锡五洲国际装饰城有限公司采取出具警示函措施的决定。

　　无锡五洲国际装饰城有限公司作为公司债券“16锡洲01”“16锡洲02”“17锡洲01”的发行人，未按规定披露2018年至2020年年度报告、2019年至2020年中期报告，违反了《公司债券发行与交易管理办法》（证监会令〔第113号〕，2015年公布施行）第四十三条、《公司债券发行与交易管理办法》（证监会令〔第180号〕，2021年公布施行）第五十一条的规定。

　　依据《公司债券发行与交易管理办法》（证监会令〔第113号〕，2015年公布施行）第五十八条、《公司债券发行与交易管理办法》（证监会令〔第180号〕，2021年公布施行）第六十八条的规定， 江苏证监局决定对无锡五洲国际装饰城有限公司采取出具警示函的监管措施。
