格隆汇7月9日丨创毅控股(03992.HK)及要约人联合发布公告，股份销售完成已于2021年7月9日落实。紧随股份销售完成后及于本联合公告日期，要约人及其一致行动人士于合共2.68亿股股份中拥有权益，相当于公司全部已发行股本约53.51%。
根据收购守则规则26.1，紧随股份销售完成后，要约人须以现金就全部已发行股份提出强制性无条件现金要约。招商证券（香港）将按照根据收购守则将予刊发的综合文件所载条款，代表要约人及遵照收购守则就所有无利害关系股份提出要约。
