智通财经APP讯，白马户外媒体(00100)公布，公司获要约人通知，尽管要约人自首项要约结束以来致力恢复公司的公众持股量(包括不断接洽来自不同行业的潜在投资者)，惟要约人尚未与任何潜在投资者就配售股份达成任何投资条款，以符合公众持股量的规定。
诚如规则3.5公告所披露，公司获要约人提出收购公司全部已发行股份(要约人或与其一致行动的人士拥有或同意收购的股份除外)的自愿有条件要约。要约为要约股东提供机会，以溢价方式变现彼等于公司的投资。据公司向要约人了解后得悉，为进一步提高要约对要约股东的吸引力，同时提供现金方案(每股要约股份7.12港元)及股份方案。股份方案为各要约股东提供代替接受现金的另一选项，让彼等藉此间接保留股东身份。
于本公告日期，公众人士持有约517.05万股股份，相当于已发行股份约0.95%。因此，仍未符合上市规则第8.08(1)(a)条所载的25%最低公众持股量规定。股份继续停牌。
