智通财经APP讯，白马户外媒体(00100)公布，公司获要约人通知，尽管要约人自首项要约截止以来致力恢复公司的公众持股量，包括不断接洽来自不同行业的潜在投资者，惟要约人尚未与任何潜在投资者就配售股份达成任何投资条款，以符合最低公众持股量规定。
诚如规则3.5公告所披露，公司获要约人提出收购全部已发行股份的自愿有条件要约。要约为要约股东提供机会，以溢价方式变现彼等于公司的投资。据公司向要约人了解后得悉，为进一步提高要约对要约股东的吸引力，同时提供现金方案(每股要约股份7.12港元)及股份方案。股份方案为各要约股东提供代替接受现金的另一选项，让彼等借此间接保留股东身份。
由于经延长豁免于2021年5月12日届满，要约人已向联交所申请延长自2021年5月13日至2021年10月12日期间严格遵守上市规则第8.08(1)(a)条的豁免。于2021年7月19日，联交所批准于进一步经延长豁免期豁免严格遵守上市规则第8.08(1)(a)条，惟须待刊发公告后方可作实。
公司股份继续停牌。
