格隆汇8月6日丨创毅控股(03992.HK)公告，要约已于2021年8月6日截止，未获要约人修订或延长。于2021年8月6日下午四时正，要约人已接获要约项下涉及合共2.17亿股无利害关系股份的有效接纳，相当于无利害关系股份总数约93.51%及公司于本联合公告日期已发行股本总额约43.47%。
紧随要约截止后，经计及涉及合共2.17亿股接纳股份（相当于无利害关系股份总数约93.51%及公司于本联合公告日期已发行股本总额约43.47%）的有效接纳，及待股份过户登记处正式登记接纳股份的转让后，要约人及其一致行动人士于合共4.85亿股股份中拥有权益，相当于公司于本联合公告日期已发行股本总额约96.98%。
由于接纳股份于要约截止时不少于无利害关系股份的90%，要约人拟行使其于开曼群岛公司法第88条（根据收购守则规则2.11）项下的权利，强制收购其并无根据要约收购的该等无利害关系股份。
于要约截止后，自2021年8月6日起，李兆华先生、林少鸿先生、黄景祥先生、黎伟文先生及胡家齐先生各自已根据购股协议的条款辞任执行董事。
