智通财经APP讯，川河集团(00281)发布公告，就有关建议根据《公司条例》第673条由进誉投资有限公司以计划安排的方式将川河集团有限公司私有化的相关事宜。
该计划已于2021年8月17日获高等法院认许且未经任何修改或增补或附带条件。该计划所涉及的公司股本削减亦于同日获高等法院确认。
高等法院于2021年8月17日发出的命令的正式文本(内容有关认许该计划并确认根据《公司条例》第229条进行的股本削减)，以及载有《公司条例》第230条规定的详情的记录(经高等法院批准)及申报表预期于2021年8月19日送交公司注册处处长进行登记。
待公司注册处处长登记上述高等法院命令、记录及申报表后，该计划预期将于2021年8月19日生效。
待该计划于2021年8月19日生效后，预期股份于联交所的上市地位将于2021年8月20日下午四时正撤回。
