格隆汇8月25日丨创毅控股(03992.HK)公布，根据开曼群岛公司法第88(1)条的规定，要约人为不少于90%的无利害关系股份的登记持有人，谨此知会阁下：
(a)要约人拟以要约价(即每股无利害关系股份1.456港元()经扣除卖方从价印花税后()"强制性收购代价")强制性收购于该通知日期以阁下名义登记的无利害关系股份("余下无利害关系股份"()"强制性收购")；及
(b)除非阁下(或另一位股东)在该通知一个月内向开曼群岛大法院("法院")提出申请，且法院认为适合裁定反对成立，否则要约人将有权及必须在2021年10月6日或前后收购阁下的无利害关系股份。
该通知涉及的无利害关系股份将於完成日期收购，而不附带一切留置权、抵押、产权负担、优先购买权及属任何性质的任何其他第三方权利，以及连同该等股份于股份要约成为无条件之日附带的所有权利或其随後附带的所有权利。
