西北实业 公布，开元信德会计师事务所已辞任公司核数师，周一(6日)生效。开元信德在辞职函中提到，基於考虑2019年度财务报表中以下未决事项，故辞任，当中包括公司所授出贷款3,500万元人民币向所有借款人公司出具审核确认书，截至其辞任函件日期，惟尚未收到所有借款人公司的回覆；尚未收到公司於2019年投资并以按公平值计入其他全面收益之金融资产入账的三家私人公司的估值报告及财务报表；尚未就公司於2019年产生的销售额3,900万元人民币完成发票核销手续。开元信德於其辞任函件中亦指出，公司尚未结清部分到期及应付予彼等的专业费用，而开元信德未获委聘对公司截至2020年12月31日止年度的财务报表进行审核，及因而并未审核公司於有关年度的财务报表。股份续停牌。(ic/da)~阿思达克财经新闻网址: www.aastocks.com
