智通财经APP讯，中国之信集团(08265)发布公告，公司申请复核上市委员会取消公司上市地位的决定，已于2021年9月23日在上市复核委员会举行聆讯。于2021年11月1日，上市复核委员会告知公司，上市复核委员会决定维持上市委员会根据GEM上市规则第9.14A条取消公司股份上市的决定。
于2021年11月2日，联交致函公司，告知公司股份于联交所上市的最后日期将为2021年11月11日，而股份之上市地位将自2021年11月12日上午九时正起被取消。
