格隆汇11月18日丨健升物流中国(01529.HK)宣布，于2021年11月18日，公司与认购方中北投资控股集团(海南)有限公司订立认购协议，据此，公司拟向认购方发行8000万股，相当于经扩大后公司股份约9.09%，每股发行价为0.20港元，较11月18日收市价折让约19.35%。
所得款项总额预计约为1600万港元，所得款项净额估计将约为1580万港元。公司拟将全部所得款项净额用作一般营运资金。认购股份将根据一般授权配发及发行。
