智通财经APP讯，健升物流中国(01529)发布公告，于2021年11月18日，该公司与认购方订立认购协议，公司同意配发及发行而认购方同意认购8000万股认购股份，相当于经发行认购股份扩大公司全部已发行股本约9.09%。认购事项项下的认购股份总面值为80万港元。认购价为每股认购股份0.20港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.248港元折让约19.35%。
据悉，认购事项的所得款项净额估计将约为1580万港元。每股认购股份的净认购价约为0.1975港元。公司拟将全部所得款项净额用作一般营运资金。认购股份将根据一般授权配发及发行。
