智通财经APP讯，友佳国际(02398)公布，就要约人友佳实业(香港)有限公司建议根据公司法第86条以协议安排方式将友佳国际控股有限公司私有化，于2021年11月30日，有关批准协议安排的决议案获法院会议及股东特别大会批准。
待协议安排生效后，股份预期将自2021年12月13日(星期一)下午四时正起撤销于联交所的上市地位。台湾存托凭证预期将自2021年12月13日(星期一)起撤销于台湾证券交易所的上市地位。公司已根据上市规则第6.15(2)条向联交所申请撤销股份于联交所的上市地位。于本联合公布日期，联交所已批准撤销股份上市地位的申请，惟须待协议安排生效后方可作实。
