有关复牌计划，其中一项复牌指引旨在让公司根据GEM上市规则规定刊发所有尚未刊发财务业绩及处理任何审核修订。就此而言，除2021年中期业绩公告及2021年第三季度业绩公告外，公司已刊发所有尚未刊发财务业绩及并无任何需处理的审核修订。
