格隆汇1月7日丨健升物流中国(01529.HK)发布公告，集团计划于中国不同省份设立全资附属公司，开展有关结合中医老药铺、中医文化体验馆、药膳餐饮馆、中医保健康养o及康养中心的综合开发项目，其业务涉及中医药文化传播、中医药零售、中医保健及康养旅游等多个业务板块。
集团计划协调内部资源，包括但不限于通过收购、合营和投资等方式，寻求与中医药文化传播、中医药零售、中医保健及康养旅游等多个行业中具相关经验及专业知识的其他各方发展合作或伙伴关系，发展新的经济合作伙伴关系。
于该公告日期，集团主要从事提供运输、仓储、厂内物流及定制服务。董事会已就发展潜在业务考虑不同的集资方式，并正积极探索新商机以确定具增长潜力的市场，使集团的业务多元化发展。
