智通财经APP讯，健升物流中国(01529)发布公告，于2022年1月18日，卖方健升创富有限公司已完成向两名独立第三方配售1.7亿股股份，且彼等各自并无持有10%或以上股份，故彼等于完成有关配售后均非公司的主要股东。
根据配售协议，配售期于签立配售协议起计至2022年1月26日下午4时正为止。因此，配售代理将于整个配售期内继续配售卖方持有的现有股份。于本公告日期，卖方于约1.33亿股股份中拥有权益，占公司全部已发行股本约15.07%。于本公告日期，卖方已不再为公司的控股股东，惟仍为公司的主要股东。
