智通财经APP获悉，健升物流中国(01529)早盘短暂急升，最大涨幅达到20%，随后涨幅收窄。近日，通过配售减持，公司原董事会主席失去控股股东地位。同时，公司主动披露称，拟涉足中医中药领域。截至发稿，健升物流中国涨6.25%，报034港元，成交额0.31亿港元。
日前，健升物流中国(01529)公告显示，大股东健升创富于1月18日配售1.7亿股股份。至此，健升创富在公司全部持股占比降至15.07%，不再为公司控股股东。
据悉，健升创富由黎健新及黎健明一致行动人实际控制。去年12月，公司管理层大调整。黎健新主动辞去公司执董及董事会主席一职。
与此同时，健升物流中国主动披露称，集团计划设立全资附属公司，开展有关结合中医老药铺、中医文化体验馆、药膳餐饮馆等的综合开发项目，其业务涉及中医药文化传播、中医药零售、中医保健及康养旅游等多个业务板块。
