智通财经APP讯，中创环球(01678)发布公告，经公司秘书与智华的接管人和管理人代表核实后，尽董事所知，于本公告日期，尚未就可能进行的交易物色到潜在买家，且未就任何可能出售抵押股份订立任何协议。
此外，就有关公司主席兼执行董事胡明法发起的诉讼，声称该抵押股份的质押方及其相关高级管理人员如王乐平等，可能与陈芳林(公司前任董事长、执行董事、智华的唯一实益拥有人)合谋在2017年半年度报告和年度报告中欺骗全体股东及公司，未公告其抵押股份的质押，违反了证监会的持牌人行为守则。因此，胡明法请求法院撤销、撤销相关交易(智华对该抵押股份的质押)，追回2.6亿元人民币，并向四名该抵押股份的质押方的负责高级管理人员/董事也应对其追究责任。
