智通财经APP讯，中创环球(01678)公布，公司已委聘Manivest对非法转让进行更深入的进一步调查，并据此出具第二份调查报告。管理层预计本报告将涵盖更直接的证据，以支持其将采取的法律行动。
同时，董事会告知，集团已委聘一名中国律师，广东广信君达律师事务所，对三家主要中国子公司的最新状况进行尽职调查，并对子公司注册地址进行实地考察。本次调查的范围包括实地考察、公司和土地注册的查档以，及其他的调查(例如子公司的状况及其当前的业务运营),律师还根据所获得的调查结果提供了中国法律意见。
董事会预期复牌方案将于2022年3月底前准备好提交。该公司将继续致力于复牌指引。
公司股票继续停牌。
