智通财经APP讯，节能元件(08231)公布，根据开曼群岛公司法第86条由LOTUS ATLANTIC LIMITED以协议安排方式将节能元件有限公司私有化的建议已于2022年3月8日(星期二)(开曼群岛时间)在并无修订下获大法院批准。因注销及剔除计划股份而削减公司已发行股本一事亦已于同日获大法院确认。预计该计划将于2022年3月23日(开曼群岛时间)生效。
公告称，公司已向联交所申请，而联交所已批准自2022年3月25日(星期五)下午四时正(香港时间)起撤销股份在联交所GEM的上市地位，惟以该计划生效为限。
