预期股份将于2022年3月25日下午四时正起撤销于联交所GEM的上市地位。
范仁鹤已提呈辞任公司独立非执行董事，自2022年3月24日营业时间结束后生效，以便投入更多时间于他的其他事务。因此他将于同日不再担任公司薪酬委员会、审核委员会及提名委员会各自的成员，以及薪酬委员会的主席。
