格隆汇3月25日丨健升物流中国(01529.HK)公布，集团预期截至2021年12月31日止年度录得亏损净额不少于人民币1700万元，而截至2020年12月31日止年度则录得纯利约人民币250万元。
董事会认为，年度出现上述亏损主要归因于(i)当地政府的土地收回计划涉及集团四个仓库("相关仓库")所在土地，因此对物业、厂房及设备计提减值准备约人民币1650万元，集团于2021年7月底不再使用相关仓库，相关租赁装修及设备无法搬迁至东莞的新仓库；及(ii)自2020年起出现前所未有的COVID-19疫情爆发，其对物流流程效率造成不利影响，导致分包费用增加。
