智通财经APP讯，中创环球(01678)发布公告，尽管公司已经努力解释各种导致延迟执行恢复指引的原因，于2022年3月18日，公司接获联交所函件，当中载述联交所上市委员会决定根据上市规则第 6.01A 条取消公司上市地位，原因乃公司未能于2022年2月28日前达成所有复牌指引(除牌决定)。
根据上市规则第 2B 章，公司有权在接获除牌决定当日起七个营业日内(即于2022年3月29日或之前)将除牌决定转介联交所上市复核委员会复核。函件指出，倘公司决定不要求进行上市复核委员会审查，则公司股份的最后上市日期为于2022年4月1日，有关股份亦将自于2022年4月4日上午九时正起取消上市地位。
据悉，于2022年3月28日，公司已提交有关要求将除牌决定转介上市复核委员会复核的申请。公司谨此提醒公司股东及有意投资者，上市复核委员会审查结果未能确定。股东如对公司股份除牌的影响有任何疑问，务请寻求适当专业意见。
此外，该公司将继续暂停买卖股份。
