智通财经APP讯，健升物流中国(01529)公布，批准建议更改公司名称的特别决议案于2022年3月23日举行之股东特别大会获股东通过后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长已于2022年3月31日发出更改公司名称注册证书，证明公司的英文名称及中文双重外文名称已分别由“Goal Rise Logistics (China) Holdings Limited”及“健升物流(中国)控股有限公司”更改为“Yues International Holdings Group Limited”及“乐氏国际控股集团有限公司”。香港公司注册处处长已于2022年5月3日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认新英文名称“Yues International Holdings Group Limited”及中文名称“乐氏国际控股集团有限公司”分别已根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部在香港注册。
