智通财经APP获悉，北京时间5月31日(周二)瑞思教育(REDU.US)开盘大涨19.5%，创下2022年开年以来的第二大股价涨幅。
瑞思教育的大涨，主要源于其与中国领先的充电站服务企业Dada Auto Inc.(NaaS)合并走到最后一公里。
5月31日，NaaS向美国证监会SEC提供了两年完整财务数据，这成为继股东大会之后，两者合并即将完成的最后一个关键节点。
资料显示，NaaS隶属于能链集团，其于2019年开始提供电动车充电服务，目前其线上充电运营可能已经占到了中国18%的市场份额。
背依在高速发展且极其需要公共充电服务的中国市场，NaaS自身保持了较高的增长速度。以营收而言，根据递交的材料，NaaS2020年营收为3720万人民币(以下单位等同)，2021年则飙升至于1.6亿元，同比增长433%。
目前美股有ChargePoint、EVgo、Blink、Allego等多个充电站标的，如以NaaS营收相近的EVgo，其目前市值为25亿美元，而未合并前的瑞思教育市值仅为0.77亿美元(5月31日22点整)。
