中国宏泰发展(06166)复牌跳空高开22.28%，报2.25元，盘前成交额195.3万元。中国金茂(00817)及中国宏泰发展联合公布，于2022年6月9日，中国金茂目前持有中国宏泰44.08%股份，提出私有化中国宏泰，并建议撤销中国宏泰之上市地位。计划包括注销于公告日期已发行中国宏泰股份总数约60.20%的股份，所有非控股股东计划股份将予以注销，以换取支付非控股股东注销价每股非控股股东计划股份现金2.40港元，较中国宏泰停牌前报价1.84港元溢价30.43%。而所有控股股东计划股份注销价为每股2.13元(涉及5.64亿股)。
