* SCHEME COMPRISES CANCELLATION OF 60.20% OF ISSUED CHINA VAST SHARES AS AT DATE OF ANNOUNCEMENT
* WILL MAKE APPLICATION TO STOCK EXCHANGE FOR WITHDRAWAL OF LISTING OF CHINA VAST SHARES ON STOCK EXCHANGE
* ALL OF NON-CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER SCHEME SHARES TO BE CANCELLED IN EXCHANGE FOR PAYMENT OF HK$2.40/SHARE
