智通财经APP讯，中创环球(01678)公告，关于上市委员会取消公司上市的决定和该退市决定的复查请求，公司已向联交所上市复核委员会提交了其论点，上市复核委员会将于2022年6月24日就公司的申请举行聆讯。公司管理层正在准备这次聆讯。
有关该交易的法证调查的进度，公司已聘请MANIVEST对该非法转让进行更深入的进一步调查，并预计将于2022年4月中期提交第二份调查报告。但是，鉴于病毒持续爆发，对公司原审计人员、管理人员和员工的面谈必须推迟，并且从近期吴明发先生(公司董事长兼执行董事)、陈芳林先生、中泰金融投资有限公司及其关联集团公司和中泰集团的高级管理人员之间的诉讼中获得一些重要资料，MANIVEST必须花更多时间准备第二份调查报告。
此外，公司股份将继续暂停买卖直至公司达成复牌条件为止。
